To drop pounds, ceasing to eat is not the answer.
Eating less of the bad stuff while focusing on the
good foods is the right (and smart) approach to take.
I'm still hanging in there at about 132 pounds or so. It will be June 7th will be 8 months since I started my low carb diet. My hair is growing in as much as I'm loosing it now, so at least its catching up. I must say the BIOTIN and multi vitamins are working, but boy do they make me hungry !
I'm still exercising regularly, and have even taken up swimming. (great cardio exercise)
Its raining here this week, so I'll probably be indoors, doing what I do best.. low carb cooking !

Good job on mixing-up your exercise routine and maintaining your weight.
