**Wegovy (Semaglutide) 1.5 mg for Weight Loss — Win or Loss?
We’re About to Find Out.**
After an eleven‑year break, this blog is officially back from the dead. Older? Sure. Wiser? Absolutely. And now I’m diving into something brand new — and you’re invited to come along for the ride.
I’ve just started the Wegovy oral pill, one of the newest GLP‑1 options on the market. My doctor gave me the rundown on what to expect:
• Prioritize protein first
• Stay on top of electrolytes
• Drink lots of water
• Be prepared for nausea or other stomach quirks
Since this pill is so new, we’re basically pioneers here. The routine is simple: take it once daily, on an empty stomach, with four ounces of plain water. To stay ahead of the side effects, I stocked up on Nauzene for nausea and Liquid I.V. for electrolytes.
I’m sticking with my High‑Fat, Low‑Carb eating plan, and following my doctor’s advice to eat all my protein first, then chase it with plenty of water and electrolytes.
And because I’m turning this into a full‑on GLP‑1 research project, I’m adding the Carb Manager app to the mix. The free version is all I need to track what matters.
So here we go — day one of the Wegovy pill journey.
Wish me luck, and feel free to follow along as I figure out whether this is a win… or a total flop
