As yall know I am recently experiencing hair loss, so this article really applies.
If yall ARE doing low carb, it is very important as Harry states, to loose the weight ‘gradually’. Not only can other physical problems result (i.e. hair loss), but also you tend to loose your muscle tone as well, and the excess skin will start to sag.
I was not aware that there were SO many different regimens for dealing with hair loss. Especially interesting was the ‘flaxseed’.
